Through the Fog

The fog.

It covered the land this morning

Like the fog
covers areas of my life.

I can't see where to go.

I can barely see enough
to take just one step.

But that is how You designed it.

So I can lean on You,

and hold your hand,

As you guide me

One step at a time.

As we make this journey

up out of this valley

where the sun shines

and breaks through

and burns up the fog.
